Does anyone know where those 3 wires that goes pass throught connector coming from? ECM maybe? If so what are pins on ECM plug. I wanna check those wires to see if they have good resistance. Im still having issues with my jake brake and now its even worst. Original problems started sometime after overhaul. Tryed 3 times with overhead adjustment no luck. Replaced 2 jake brake solenoids, jake brake harness, even replaced turbo 2 times, first one had VGT going out and 8 month old replacement bearing went bad. Replaced EGR valve twive, replaced front two jake brake rockers due bad detent pin. A few weeks ago jake brake started going bad in switch position #3. It was sounfing like #1 just farting than after a few seconds comes alive. Than did overhead adjustment and it didnt helped. Last week #2 and #3 have alsmost same function as position #1. I think one or both jake brake solenoids are bad but i want to check two jake brake wires and see if they have good resistance but need to know where they coming from

Make sure you have clean electrical connection. Extra attention to grounding points on the frame, starter, engine. Harness also is suspect #1
