Heavy D..How would I replace the whole harness for the motor blower, actuators etc...I see everything under the cab seat...I just cant figure out where or what the harness connects to in order to give everything power ,in order to replace the entire harness

That would be a big job and you would have open up the whole floor and dash to run the wiring. Why does everything have to be replaced?

This is a very very easy task to perform. Remove 4-bolts from passenger seat base and move seat assembly out of way. Remove remaining top cover bolts and remove cover. On the blend door actuator motor (the one right behind the blower motor assembly housing), remove wire harness clip and set out of way. Next remove those little screws holding actuator motor and pull straight up carefully. White control arm for blend door will drop straight off. Now that bracket that holds the actuator motor for blend door, remove screws and place to side. Under that is two screws for blower motor housing. Remove them and the two screws from the front for a total of four screws. Next unplug blower motor and the chase channel the harness sits in that has the electrical connectors plugged in, just pull that straight up and out of the way. Next grab blower motor housing pulling slightly backwards then rock assembly until is free. Replace new blower motor with brand new squirrel cage and reverse what your did to remove assembly. While you have that little channel out in the open with the resistors attached on the bottom for fan speeds, replace it with a new one. Finish installation and your done. It really is that easy. Remember to notice the position of the white armature from the blend door actuator and return it to same exact position on the bottom side of actuator motor. It is keyed with two flatsides so that you cannot put it back on wrong. Also it's best before you even start this job with the key in the on position, move your heat selector knob from hot to cold (full counter-clockwise) and do not move it again until you have finished the job. Once you have everything back together before replacing top plate, turn ignition switch to ON position but do not start truck. Now test both your fan speeds to make sure all four work correctly, and move cold/hot blend switch back and forth and watch blend door actuator rod go back and forth freely from end stroke to end stroke. If everything functions correctly, replace cover and seat, your done. It really is that easy. One more note on the white armature for the blend door, when you take off actuator motor, that armature just falls right down. It is only held in position between the motor and the bracket. Do not force it as it will break. Follow my instructions to a "T" and from start to finish you can do the whole job in under 1/2-hour for your first time. After that, you can do much quicker in about twenty minutes or so.

Where does5/16 plastic bushing ho , guy said on rod for door ??

Is there a way to test the resistor and fan separately? My front fan just quit blowing all together, never acted up just quit. Can hear all relays behind glovebox click when you turn the dials on the dash but no air.
