truck sat for one year it has a cummins isx with an eaton auto trans ive already changed all batteries, and checked the fuses, trucks turning over but wont start any help would be appreciated.

If it's been sitting, I'd go ahead and do a complete service on it.. check your fluids in your transmission, diffs, check your belts, fan clutch and hub, replace the air filter, etc.
