Hello all, I am having some issues with my Eaton autoshift gen II. About a week ago the trans would not shift out of 8th gear (up or down) and at one point while running down the highway it seemed like the clutch would disengage only while in 10th gear. Pulled the codes and got
    TCU 130
    PID 60
    Fault 10

After resetting and talking with Eaton was told possible XY shifter or harness…. Had the shifter changed and everything seems to be running good till this evening the clutch disengaged again it 10th gear but this time the motor reved. Only happened once in 500 miles and no codes. Any suggestions?

    thanks

Does it have a clutch? If so convert to manual.

It can be harness, xy shifter, bad gears inside the tranny, bad clutch. You just gotta keep digging

Check the alternator for voltage spikes, I have known of more than one case where the alternator was the issue.
