The slip splines were out of spec on the 3rd shaft so I had a new shaft built at a drive shaft shop. It didn’t help solve the hopping problem, so I looked to the tires/wheels and how it seemed like they weren’t piloted true. And I took them loose and piloted them with pilot sleeves and skirt nuts my problem went away.

    Here’s what I learned:
With hub pilot wheels, a tire shop employee can ram-jam your wheels on not truly centered and it COULD hop/bounce/shake. They do this because they are lazy, inexperienced, and careless and they’ll also laugh at you and tell you it doesn’t matter but it can be an issue in some cases.

    speedyk Thanks this.

Have you checked your ride height measurment? Maybe something to check as that will cause a rough ride. Here is a bulletin on some specs. Good luck.
