So I went to start my 07 t600 and it was cranking really slow. The batteries were getting old and truck has had to be jumped before so I opted to change them. Swapped them over and same thing slow crank. Well after cranking it I turned the key back to on and went to crank it one more time and lost all power to cab .... checked at fuse panel and seem to have no power there, headlights won’t even turn on.

You have a bad connection somewhere. Did you clean and service all the battery cables and connections when you had them apart? Can't tell you how many times I see brand new batteries with cables that look like death and loose. Next go to the starter and check connections for power at main feeds to the cab too.

Yes cleaned cables checked main power going to cab for fuse panel and have nothing ... checked breaker In battery box and has power on both sides I assumed a breaker or mega fuse or something was weak and went out causing no power to cab but cannot find anything other than the one in the battery box

Is there an in-line main fuse at the battery? I had one with a weak spot in it, truck wouldn’t crank when it was losing connection at the weak spot. If I wiggled it, it would crank. Just took it out, jumped the terminals across the fuse block and drove it to the dealer to buy another fuse. When the fuse wasn’t working, the truck was completely dead in the water, nothing worked.

If the main fuse in the battery box is good and all of your cables are clean and tight, the next item to check is the starter.

The starter is hub for all cab power and the starter will drag with good batteries when it is failing.
