07 VNL , No crank after battery change, codes

Hi all, have a 07 Volvo VNL with Automatic Ultrashift Gen 1, no crank after battery change, ran great before.

Truck sat for several months, batteries got low, tried to charge/jump start etc. then replaced batteries to new ones, and now , dash lights turn on, but when trying to crank nothing, and no power at the shift pad to show in neutral.

I jumped truck at starter solenoid and cranked up and runs fine.

Then now I have a code reader, and have cleared all, no codes on ECU, only transmission. On transmission I have 3 codes; SID231 J1939 Data Link / FMI14 /; PID168 / FMI 14 /; and SID55 Clutch Actuator / FMI 7 system not responding. and when I try to clear codes my code reader says can not clear codes fault, but I was able to clear ecu code of PID168 low power.

I changed all fuses in entire truck. I tried to locate clutch actuator, but all videos show its on bottom of transmission near back, but this Gen 1 its not there.

Any ideas?
