Hey HeavyD I've been using your advice for a few years now and I appreciate your openness and honesty. My International Prostar is popping a breaker fuse every 3rd try to crank it. Do you have a solution for this?

Sorry for the delay. I don't have enough time anymore during the week to visit here until the weekends when I am off. If that breaker is only tripping during cranking, then from the breaker it goes to the key switch, then power goes through the clutch switch and back over to the relays to trigger the crank relay. It also powers the 30 terminal at the crank relay to send power out to the starter. This wire is pink in colour and numbered 17 with a letter in front depending where it is. So this wire could be rubbed through anywhere in the dash, or outside to the starter, or even the starter solenoid itself. From the relay, it goes out the firewall at the right hand side, crosses over the engine through the connector near the wiper motor and then down to the starter.
stuckinthemud and QUALITYTRUCK Thank this.
