Yes, mine turned out to be the fuel filter housing. Just like I thought. The bearing or ring inside the primer pump broke or came loose causing it to suck in air. They ran test on injector/cups/o-rings with no issues, also fuel lines were blown out to check for blockage. Check valve and regulator on or at the 7th injector was replaced, which is 500.00 for parts and 3 hrs of labor. Total for trouble shooting and those two part replacement was 1700.32 at Bruckner’s in Alberquerque. With the fuel filter replaced would be $3100.00. Ouch. And that’s with a lot of discounts and mark off of labor hours because they claimed 12hrs labor for trouble shooting and I had it out with the GSM over the labor hours and they cut it down to 5.5hrs.
Update. So I put in the new fuel filter housing and still has the same problem. I have no clue what to check next. Any ideas?
