I have a 09 postwar and the cab a/c has stopped blowing but the bunk still bows and blows cold. With the a/c set to fresh air I get some cold air while driving. Also the power to the fm radio went dead at the same time. I believe they are caused by the same problem. I have checked every breaker and even switched some around with one's I know were good and checked all the fuses. I pulled the a.c. controls switch and with a test light couldn't find any that tested hot but since international were kind enough to make all the wires green and I can't find a schematic I have no idea which one should be hot. Any help would be appreciated.

Check the 30 amp breaker right in the very front row in the center of the of breaker panel. That actual breaker is hit all the time by the panel cover. The breaker and/or the terminals it plugs into can get damaged and can cause no fan.

Hello, new to the forum. Have a '11 prostar isx and air blows through the vents on the road even if it's on max ac setting which should close the flapper door on the cowl. The door only closes when you turn the blower fan on in max ac. What could it be?

You could have a bad blend door motor but more likley you are feeling air being pushed by the fan. On the Prostar if the fan is on in the sleeper, even the lowest setting, the AC will stay on in the whole truck. Even if you have the AC turned off on the HVAC selector switch on the dash. If the AC is on then the body controller keeps the fans blowing to prevent the evaporators from freezing up. So first turn off the sleeper fan completley then turn off the AC then shut off the cab fan. That is how you must do it.

I've done all of that and nothing. It's fresh air from the outside when the truck is running. It's like when you turn off your recirc/fresh button on a small car and let's fresh air come from outside through the vents. The weird part is when I turn on the blower fan on Max ac setting, the fresh air door on the cowl closes. If I put it on regular ac setting, the door opens. I also replaced the blend motor and nothing.

That is how it is. The fresh air door is only closed on "MAX" a/c. Normal for it to be open any other time.
