And i just checked again. It's still at 2.50 something. You would think everyone would get the same discount? Maybe they have different discount based on region and fleet size. I'm apart of a fleet of around 200 based out of Dearborn, MI. Best discount is at Flying Js.
D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -

Exactly, believe it was summer of 2008? Had an OOP paying $1900 for a shiny Peterbuilt.Anyway had a run from KC to Lincoln and Omaha 4 days a week About 520 miles a day.Paid $620 a day. He thought he was "Livin Large". Even with his fuel surcharge,by the time he paid $2620 amonth for his rig& insurance, fuel etc... His profit was about $120 a day.Yes,that $5 a gallon fuel was the worst!Cabinover101 and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

I don't know about that. There was a huge fire at a refinery in Louisiana the other day. Those blood suckers will use any excuse to raise the price .Dave_in_AZ Thanks this.

We get our best discount with TA/PETRO and currently in SA its $2.05, Houston is $2.03 amd Dallas is $2.02
Cheapest Ive found checking a bunch of different states.
Btw, does everyone know that EFS, Comdata, FleetOne, NASTC, etc have apps that give fuel prices? Ive had multiple people completely baffled by this. Like I was doing magic when Ive showed them the apps.PE_T, JonJon78 and spyder7723 Thank this.
