1 year experience and two preventable accidents

Just one more thing.......they called my shower number before I finished. I'll keep it short. All of the above was relating to my 2 weeks with the trainer. One I was issued my own route.......none of the same stores that I "trained" on. Overnight shift. So do all of the above mentioned stuff, on your own, in the dark, with no familiarity with the stores, route, where to park at given stores, and very little support in the middle of the night if you have any questions or problems. So......add a few more hours to your "work day" and subtract a few from your sleep. There is a reason that these beverage companies are always hiring. The guys that can tough it out and figure it out are far and few between. I lasted less than 4 months. After Mom passed away, I went back OTR. STILL OTR. Will remain OTR.
