Calling your bank every 15 minutes regarding the online EIDL application won't do you bit of good. Your bank has nothing to do with the EIDL. ;-)

If you filled out the original EIDL online and received a confirmation number at the end of your application submission, your thousand bucks will be delivered, eventually. In the interim, go out and buy a couple lottery tickets and get back to me LOL

Instead of calling your bank to see if the money showed up, it's a lot easier to just login to your bank account online or through the bank's app and check the balance.

Right, We just started doing that, Wife says it’s real simple. I’m used to the old tele banking, Often while I’m Driving, checking for deposits. I’ve only been calling once a day. Lol.

Here’s what they’re saying. The first is in regards to PPP only. The second is an update on both. Basically says I’m SOL, for now anyways.

    1) Did you apply online for the EIDL
    2) Did you apply for a PPP loan through a bank?

EIDL online, the simple 5 question thing everyone did a couple weeks ago, that’s all. Didn’t apply for PPP. Thinking about it, though. If I apply for PPP, and continue working, then have to jump through hoops to show as used for payroll, or I could use it to pay off cost for recent overhaul. $18000, Currently on 0% credit cards, Or apply for unemployment. I’m current on everything, got approved for a mortgage 3 mo. Forebearace, but made payment anyway. Rather stick to my original plan. But may need to use some of these tools. I have no desire to take on more debt. Been making good progress, for years paying stuff off. Just the last few yrs. Hospital bills and overhaul. It still is minimal compared to jams I’ve been in before. Don’t want anymore debt. Want to be able to sell out, and live a simpler life, If needed.
