Don’t make us call your dispatcher.

If I had a nickel for every crane unload, where I sat on my thumbs waiting for the crane to get setup, I'd be sitting on a beach sipping rum and cokes

I agree with this whole heartedly. People here are 10 hour break and they think wow that’s a long time. It’s not very long at all. Especially for a driver like me who tries to get in some daily exercise which consumes 60 to 90 minutes of that time alone. I had a shower, going over tomorrow’s plans, a quick call home, and grabbing something to eat and you’re usually down to about six hours in nothing flat. When you’re down to six hours then you feel pressured to fall asleep quickly which makes it not happen. There’s at least 2 to 3 days a week that I’ll take a 12 hour break or longer. Nobody ever says anything to me. As long as the load is delivered on time who cares?

I was new, So I didn’t know better but the dispatcher at the last company I worked for I swear that guy had me running on no sleep all the time. He didn’t care whatsoever.

The trucking industry is done, reading the comments is enough to understand, we don’t have real truckers anymore , just a bunch of lazy socialist servers of the masters in Washington, you get what you deserve, the name trucker does no fit you anymore, slaves is the right word, you lost all your rights the moment you allow the government to put a control device in your truck period.

lmfao...unless you're cheating logs, paper is no different than electronic. So since the dawn of logs, truckers have "allowed the government to put a control device in their truck".

Logs were implemented for the truckers protection from being worked to death. . There is big difference in Paper Logs and E logs. Also, in Industry, for example Oil. Or running local.
