Thats what im thinking too. I have done the 1099 as a LP before, and wasnt a fan. Of coarse, I beleive ALL taxation is theft. I think the company should pony up their share of the theft.

I think I had a payment plan last time I filed. But than switched jobs a few times. And stopped paying. I also have child support which is like hell's fury if they want to find you. I own almost nothing to take for taxes. Except my best up 2003 Buick. Worth nothing but it runs good.

do a 1031
-
How does it work for companies that borrow or hire out drivers? Like temp agencies?
-
Agency gets a 1099 driver should get a w2
-
1031 is the best route
-
Pay your child support, don't be a dead beat!Tb0n3 Thanks this.

NO SUCH THING AS AN EMPLOYEE BEING PAID BY 1099 IT IS AGAINST THE LAW
-
But is it more or less illegal then deletes ...because we are allowed to advertise for 1099 jobs but can not discuss ways to permanently repair trucks
-
If they are illegal, then why are people not suing these companies, and why not investigations when they openly advertise it as such.
