1099s force drivers to violate HOS.

I have had dispatchers tell me to violate HOS regs. I told them no. See? It’s that simple.

As for organizing drivers to unionize? About as easy as herding cats.

 

No hes talking about the old threat of shutting down all the trucks, We all know how well that has worked in the past.
