Definitely will ask. My roommate showed me his manual, and how prime wants it done a certain way it looks like a lot but shouldn't be too bad. Might as well get something off my plate.

It's pretty much a standard pretrip your familiar with.
Just need to get the particular verbage down for MO.
Glad to see you made it there & early. -
Yep,
He's one of the better bets out here.
Aside from his past experience, has done his due diligence on research for quite some time.
Been asking all the right questions all throughout.
Yep, my $ is on him being one of the minority whom make it.
Just regret timing didn't allow me the chance to get back & hunt him down.
Chucktshoes Thanks this. -
I honestly say don't put this in your mind yet. I wanted to do the same thing but honestly doing it with my psd trainer AFTER I had everything off my plate made it easier and I didn't build or create bad habits on verbiage. I will test on Friday and in retrospect I am very glad I didn't get wrapped up in the pretrips before. It may be because I am older but well that's my advice to yaTooSlow4Words and 2500HDRob Thank this.

Because of situation, I'm sorry to respectfully disagree.
He has B and permits/endorsements in hand. He has already gone through pretrip, only has to get familiar with differences.
Aside from that, still makes things sooooo much easier on student the farther along they are with that, before they even get into my truck. We can cover a heck of a lot more if that is case.
If they just haven't had the CHANCE to get to it, so be it. We can get that done. But.......gives a HUGE leg up on what we have to work on in what little time we have.
Get that pretrip down as SOON as possible.....you will be so much better off. Trust me.TooSlow4Words, Brehon, 2500HDRob and 1 other person Thank this. -
Yeah it was weird. I did my pre trip on my B license so long ago. We tested on school buses it's how I have my passenger and school bus endorsement. I was reading the roommates book and some of it was starting to come back. Like alarms at or before 60 psi, no more than 4 psi per minute etc. But definitely a lot more info with tractors and trailers especially if you get the engine compartment or the whole truck for your test....
But today is the first day or orientation going to try and knock out a bunch of stuff and I want to try out those simulators.Chucktshoes, FullMetalJacket and 123456 Thank this. -
You have far more experience so I 100% acquiesce to your knowledge on it
