Sims went well. The shifting double clutching without the machines on went flawless. Turning them on I didn't realize you're at top end of 6th gear by 15 mph. The machine sorta throws you off as I'm so use to a manual car and how you can feel the motor and everything respond. Especially letting the clutch out you don't have that sensation of OK were moving and it's smooth. You dont have that with the sim.

Besides that I'm looking forward to getting more practice. I think they said some priority students left from last week. Wasn't good to hear cause were obviously not getting paid so any extra wait time is stressful. All in all staying positive.

I'm just waiting on medical fax. I'm done with everything might shuttle to the dmv and bus back as my sim classes are first every day and conflicting with shuttle times lol

Yes sir. My old bike was an 08 cbr 1000rr. I regret ever selling it. Though it was a temptation, it liked cruising at 90 on the highway, didn't like going slow at all lol

I had a blast with my Repsol, probably too much fun. I don't regret selling it, but my son sure does!
It's tach always seemed to be stuck between 12 and 13 LOL

Funny how it always seemed to get stuck right?
    Lol

I ride a cruiser and adv bike now, once I settle in here I may or may not grab me another 1000. Carving turns on a tall adv bike isn't fun at all.

Man just talking about it now takes me back. The power was unreal. I think the 2nd week or so I had it, I was in 2nd and a car partially blew a stop sign so I gave her a good little twist to just get away. Front end raised off the ground by about 4 inches and just launched.

Healthy healthy respect for sure. Day I bought it

Almost like a siren inviting unsuspecting sailors to their demise. " just a little more throttle, everything will be alllllllright..."

Right on a couple more riders sportbike riders, welcome guys. Still have my GSXR 1000 poor girl just sits in storage, and anytime I see her she just gives me a said look like a dirty temptress calling me back, but I don't take it out anymore. Which is probably a good thing cause man my tach gets really bad I just can't control it, its so much fun. For me 1000's and cdl's do not mix well and love trucking more so the poor gixxer sits. Nice cbr rob always liked those and the repsols are sweet too bigsky. Sorry to your your thread off path.
