11 hour violation, what does it effect?

    And it don't. You can operate a CMV all you want for as long as you want on private property. You just have to be under all the clocks once you get on tbe road.

    PC can be used to advance the load now so long as the load ends up in a safe parking area.

    Not quite correct. It's only true if detained at a shipper/receiver. Just driving for 11 hours and then going on pc to continue to the next stop is still a violation.

    This is My understanding as well, unless there has been a change that I cant seem to be able to find anywhere... And ive just spend 30 mins looking. I came up with exactly what you posted, which is what I already knew.
