Speeding tickets won't go on the CSA unless a certified DOT cop writes it and makes the violation part of the inspection they turn in. Tickets written by regular cops even in a CMV don't make it to CSA.

There is no magic link I can post. However if you do some research you will see it. CSA 2010 replaced the MCSAP reporting system used by the feds. MCSAP is still a codified rule but the system for carrier fitness based on the inspections was replaced by CSA2010. CSA points only come from those MCSAP inspections.

DAC is not CSA , these are two very different databases. And BTW any violation can appear in DAC not just 15 over. I had 2 one from the late 90s and one about 4 years later both under that. Both are still on my DAC I know because I have a copy of it.
