Yeah. Well, I think I may button this part up for now. Try SRS, but they have to order them

Bad injector seal allowing compression to blow into fuel supply? I just never saw one that bad.
Rideandrepair Thanks this. -
It’s not getting through, it may be filling filters slowly, but still has lost it’s prime, there’s got to be a check valve somewhere. If it’s never been an issue, unless your worried it’s been problem all along . Are you sure old pump was bad? Or just swapped it out?Try pressurizeing tanks. I have semester Truck same engine worked for me

Like has been mentioned air up the tank and crank, not much probably 5 pounds or less.
When one loses prime, you can crank till the cows come home, and all you will accomplish is some wear on the starter.
You will then need to determine where the air leak that caused it, there is a very good chance when you put air to the tank, it will leak fuel where your air leak is.
Also have you changed filters, I have seen 12.7's actually stop up enough to not start.Rideandrepair Thanks this. -

What do you mean, I think? If fuel is going through it will squirt out everywhere. A lot high pressure. If you hadn’t lost prime, when you took hose of back of head, you lost it then for sure. Mine lost prime simply by draining head to change injector. A trickle through isn’t enough, the system needs to be all fuel, no air. Changing ECM, is simply unplug and plug in.
Cam Roberts Thanks this. -
Maybe you should change all the injectors, sensors and ecm, and turbo. Then pressurize tanks and start if up.
Cam Roberts Thanks this.
