Not yet on the pressure with all buttoned up but this how I was able to prime pump. Being late last night and nobody open I put gas in generator to run battery charger and did a lot of cranking
When generator ran out of gas I used
2 more cans if either totaling 6 cans and am concerned about using much more either.

Well when you run back to town for more gas and either might as well get another engine and starter while your at it. Holy cow.

Lol. No joke! I have been doing short bursts on the starter and let it cool. And I ain't getting any more either. I was just sitting here answering everybody and thinking. I am only one guy and don't know how to check for fuel returning to the tank. But I am still hooked up to pressure the vent line. Maybe it needs this pressure. But I think if I can rule all of that out. I would like to see if I am even getting a signal to injectors. If there is fuel there and even under pressure and runs on either. If injector was getting a signal. The cam has to be ok because the valves are functioning on either. I am getting some gas. Will check in after while.

Well you do what you like. I have given you some solid advise, it's up to you. Like the old saying goes, you can bring a horse to water but cant make him drink.

Good luck and dont set yourself on fire.

look dude I ain't saying what you're saying is wrong but you have to ensure that there's fuel going through there and as far as the R&R fella I'm just wondering I have a siphon pump and if my system doesn't have a check valve I wonder why I can't siphon It reversed through there

Read my prior post on how I pressurized mine. 14 L decision 5 has a compucheck fitting on fuel pump for priming. 12.7 defects 1- 4 You have to improvise.

Can you post a pic of the lines coming out the back of the head on your engine if possible please.

And this will work because your not pressurizing the return also. There for forcing the air back to tanks and putting fuel into the head.

Your way of pressurizing the whole system does neither.

Well there would be fuel in the head that way and it maintains no pressure either way with no with none of those vows and just a siphon back to the tank

Well Swan right now I'm in town getting some gas for the generator and air compressor and I'm not sure I can get a picture back in there because it's pretty tight but there's a wreck over in town that's just like it and I can take a picture of that while I'm in town for you how's that
