Yep! Only thing I haven't changed is the air supply line to the governor. Hopefully that fixes it. One of these days or night I need to redo a lot of stuff under the truck. Looks like to me previous owner had the driveshaft come apart or ran over something that was whipping around under there. So many repairs and weird #### I have never seen lol. I hate cobbled up stuff. It will always cause nonsense problems at the worst time.

New signal line from supply to governor changed nothing. I guess maybe I will put the other governor I have on?? Not sure what else to try. Still wasn't getting full pressure out of the unloader port.
-
Go back and re-read post #17. Here we are 10 days later and you are still guessing. Go through the procedures on pages 19-21 or contact Bendix.
-
Did you happen to put a pressure gauge on that line to see what it was to the governor?KFF Thanks this.
-
The problem is I have done these steps that is why I am here asking for more help. Something isn't making sense with how the system is operating.
-
Nope this is going to be my next step. It must not be getting the full 120psi. Was going to check at the supply tank and up at the governor. That's the only thing I can think of left. I will have to rummage around tonight and see if I have a gauge that will work.
-
My question now is do you have the same trickle oyt of the port going to the dryer? Obviously, these need to be checked at full PSI.KFF Thanks this.

Do you have an air compressor at home you could plumb 125 straight to the governor?
And hey, Bendix tech support really is helpful. They're very good at their job -
Yeah I have to start putting a gauge on everything at this point. The port out of the governor going to the air dryer still only had partial pressure compared to the supply line going to it. Basically the same low flow.

I have a compressor I'm not sure it does 125. I will have to see. I thought I had it maxed out and only does 110psi to my tires.
