13 stranded after ice roads turned to mud

I just now noticed this post. LOL. I wonder why cold lake was cold.

 

I would have thought for sure somebody would have come up with the title "Ice road truckers become mud road stuckers!"

 

Well, it was winter and there were large piles of white stuff everywhere.

 

Cold lake isn't even north it's pretty much in the middle of the province

Hardlyever you hit the nail on that one last I heard (Monday) there were still 7 trucks out in NE MB and it is raining there

 

True, but it is a lot farther north than Illinois.

 

Want cold head up to PURDUE BAY

 

They tried to get me to go to Yellowknife a coupld of times. I finally went in May last year. But not in the winter.

 

I was just talking about cold not REAL FREAKIN' COLD

 

Where is PERDUE BAY?

 

I was in Cold Lake two years ago. Sat there for 4 days trying to get unloaded. They had the base closed down because of snowfall and tempretures.
