When you were talking to Maverick did you tell them about your 13 year old misdemeanor?

See if your state offers an option to purge your driving record. I had mine purged last year and they removed everything except a speeding ticket from 2009.

    goatman18 Thanks this.

I did list it on my online application, I am not sure if the recruiter had reviewed my application when he called me.
I don't think Pennsylvania does expugements unless you are dead for 3 years or over 70 years old

Look. It's almost 13 years old and a misdemeanor. If it wasn't in a CMV, then you are ok. There are companies that won't take you, but that's how it is. Not going to preach, but you knew the consequences of possessing marijuana. Be honest. If they have to dig for it, it's going to make it look worse for you. Be honest. Get it out there. Then get on the road. And stay away from the drugs.

contact your local criminal background investigations and look into expungement also. it's cheap, and no lawyers or courts involved. just a simple application and fingerprint submit.

that's how it works in utah anyways.
