14 th Hour Rule

Ya know if you want to save yourself a headache just run your 11 and don't go over the 14. If you want to play around just open the green book and study it.

For those of you you may run to Canada you can drive for 13, shut it down for 8 and 2 more later to make up the 10, you can not go over 16. Run both country's like I do and you have to know 2 sets of rules.
