When I was using 4 PIn radios I was kind of partial to my Electro Voice 602 t.
on my Anytone AT-6666 with the Six Pin microphone plug It uses phantom power to power an electret microphone.
so now I'm using my Frankenstein microphone built from scraps in my tool shed.
