thats what leon said.i need bigger injectors. but right now is just a lot of money to do all that. what if i swap the turbo for the high performance 171702? the sx400 i think

 

what turbo do you have now and whats your HP

 

171702 and hp is supposed to be set at 515 hp but i havent dyno

 

M&D distributers has good selection of BG turbos, I called them today, close to closing time. I was missing a receipt from over a year ago. It was in my email before we hung up. Great customer service. Easy to deal with. Good prices too. I’m impressed.

 

Hey guys out there I have a 14L 60series in 2007 freightliner haven egr codes grey white then black smoke then it sounds like it’s getting injector knock so I took off egr cleaned it it was stuck what is my best option s to do safest hp gain well never hurts but reliability is important to me read things like Sauter and diodes custom tunes etc. get rid of the jar I don’t know what the best plan is the best route is for your longevity here I’m a diehard Cat guy til got the freightliner with Detroit so of course it seems like a lot different ideas and reasons for best plan of action b great thanks Alf 780-812-6620 or alftizzard@hotmail.com
