About me/you:
16 yrs experience, 13 city and 3 OTR... all recent and trained by the best players.
I'm more than educated, some may think I have been owner operator but always company.
I will NOT work as a 1099.
I know what a RATE CON is and I know how to get them adjusted if needed by the broker.
I also know how to get in and out ofthe most difficult situations whether it be a truck stop, traffic, shippers/receivers. Some places can't be avoided.
I won't put a scratch on your truck, it's my home!
I'm not your average steering wheel holder.
I like to run, 2900-3100 (maxing it out) on elogs sadly.
95% no touch.
I don't want your per diem nor will I take it. I like the write off at the end of the year.
Additional stops need to be paid IF it's more than 1 pick, 1 drop.
200/300 length of hauls can go to uber.
I like fueling ONLY at Loves, it's a drivers home away from home. It's my second home!
I like staying out for a month+ at the minimum!
I communicate very well, I will let you know when I'm empty 24/48 hrs in advance, Most times I already called the receiver and coordinated with them. Most times, I already picked up the load before the pickup time.
No babysitting or micromanaging please, you'll be impressed.
No, I don't want my name on the truck.
I have never received a ticket or an accident in a truck in 16 yrs. 1 minor accident in my personal car within the last 3 years.
I will never be late and I don't need the additional stress.
I do laundry once a week at a laundry mat, don't worry... the truck will be with me. I don't wait in line at truck stops for hours waiting to do laundry.
Paid weekly is a must.
Direct deposit is my only company required benefit.
Layover pay is a must if it's no fault or godly act of mine.
Detention pay on your end (your freight) is a must, I can take care of the brokers... but when I do, I want the full detention rate or accessory pay.

I will fly to you but talk is cheap, I need things in writing.
You pay for the flight.

First or Second run, comes to Massachusetts to pick up my stuff.
I would like a NICE truck or a NEW truck.
Idling the truck if I'm cold/hot or a WORKING diesel apu.
Inverter is not required for me.
Volvos are comfortable to me but not a necessity.
I don't want to clean out or detail an OLD truck.
I would prefer an automatic, being OTR it's more comfortable.
A fridge would be appreciated but not required.
72 inch sleeper please, it's my home.
65mph is not going to work with me.
I do all 48, I need the truck set at 72 at the minimum. 75 would be preferred.
Easy pass is a necessity, Pre pass would be nice.
I will do NYC but only with compensation.
I have all my endorsements.
Reefer or Van is no problem!
I'm from Massachusetts but it doesn't mean I want to run the Northeast. Let's run instead of spinning our wheels.
I don't need benefits.
I'm a real friendly guy and you would never think I'm a trucker.
I don't want to be O/O.
I'll run on holidays including Christmas.
I like things CLEAN and I keep them that way, it's my home, it’s your truck/company.
I don't like to pay and won't pay for trucking scales, tolls, lumpers, etc...
I'm equipped with the best equipment. I have wifi, a laptop and of course my lovely garmin 570LMT.
I will avoid winter storms to keep things moving.
Miles need to be HUB, practical or off the odometer.
My dac, psp, DMV all looks good... I just ran them. NO surprises here.

What I want now is: .50 cents a mile, ALL miles. Short changing me doesn't make sense. Dispatchers/owners have offered me .47 and I still refused it.
I want .50! I'm worth .50 cents.

Home time can be 2 days but taking the truck home to gf and parents is a must. They live between Hartford CT and Springfield MA.

IF treated well I wouldn’t need 2000.00 weekly, just nothing less than 1400.00 weekly. I don’t think I’m asking for too much.
