I got a 18 speed eaton in my kenworth and I wanted to put 2 of those old style air plungers on instead of the normal shift knob but the 18 speed only has 3 airlines so wondering how I would need to run the airlines to have one plunger for hi/low and one for splitter

There is only one air supply line for the single valve.
You need to "Tee" the existing supply or plumb in a second line. -
-
You may also have to reverse the air lines on the range cylinder.
I converted quite a few older style air shift valves to the newer type. -
You wanna be like that guy on You Tube, with the 18sp, one stick for the range, one stick for the splitter, and one stick for the gears!!!

You may have to swap the lines at the rear of the transmission on the range cylinder.
Swapping them on the valve on the stick will not work. -
Appreciate the help bud
