18 Volvo VNL no dash button lights

So I got 18 VNL. Recently started experiencing issues with light. So it was like that: I was driving at night and noticed that all my buttons are dark. Instrument cluster works fine, and goes to day/night mode when I turn on/off light switch. But dimmer wheel does not work.
I checked all the fuses and ended up with no headlights (no low/high beam at all), and no turn signals. Went to dealer, they checked it and said that LCM connector was not all the way in. Okay, picked up the truck, it was good for one day. Now everything except buttons light work. Yes I can drive like that but want to fix it. Of course I’ll go back to dealer but maybe it’s a simple fix…
Any ideas?
