I have a 19 LT625 with LED headlights(they suck) that blind everyone. I can not find anyway to adjust them.
I went back to the dealer that I bought it from they can`t figure out how to adjust them. i have been to 3 other dealerships they also had no clue.
has anyone come up with a fix for this? or do I need to take a big hammer to them. Pretty sure that other drivers would like to knock them out for me!!

There is a vertical adjustment on the back side. Here is a picture of where it is.

Tried that. That only adjusts the high beams.

I don't think this will be of much help to you.
I have a 99 FLD120 I put LED head lights on about a year ago.
From time to time I get someone flashing their brights at me ( I rarely have to use my brights...EVER ) because they are bright white light. The moral of the story is that they are, by far, the best lights ever!! I can't out drive them and they light up the signs and road markings at least a quarter of a mile a head even in fog or bad weather.
Other drivers will just have to get used to them for a minute as you pass but you'll be safer because you can actually see where it is you're going.

Sorry, that is all the adjustment you get. Make sure the truck itself is sitting correctly which properly adjusted ride height.
