    The cylinders and pump were made by Power-Packer. They are still in business and have a website and catalog. You my be able to contact them. They should be rebuildable. The Pete ones are. The only non servicable parts for the cab tilt and lock system on the Kw’s and Petes is the spring loaded latch. There is no way to take it apart.

    Are you sure its not the pump, those cil. look bone dry?
