    If you keep it off of idle it will run and drive. It is when it sits at idle it happens

    Think I wound be looking at the check valves in the supply pump. Install clear fuel line to check for where air gets in the system after that.

    Also thank there is a relief valve - regulator in the fuel outlet line. Check that out. The piston in the mechanical supply pump could be sticking. Take that apart and check it out.
