I was originally wanting to get a Peterbilt 362 but are way too expensive around here if you can find one around here at all. I did find a Kenworth K100 1969 for the same price as the Astro, $2000 but it was sitting in the owners back woods since 1993 and a tree fell on the back of the cab and would need to be fixed, but sitting since 93 is a very long time. Still was in good shape other then the tree damage. Don't know if this truck was ever sold or they scraped it, They did move it to the front yard last time this was online 3 years ago.

I did find a lookup for getting a RV title in PA, but it probably will not work for me. In PA. I will copy and paste from this post.
(in Pennsylvania it wasn't to bad I took a over the road truck and turned it into a Kenworth Motorhome (thats what the title says)
You have to go to an enhanced inspection station to do a change of title
You need to have receipts, Finished pictures and the inspection station has to fill out an inspection report to show that it is a motorhome . This cost me about $120.00 plus notary fee of $25.00 and my tag is $80.00 a year. Hope this helps)

I really don't think I can turn a single axel cabover into a camper. I read on more and states he has a hard time trying to get insurance on it. So I don't know. My old Jeep Cherokee XJ I told my insurance I only drive it once in a very great while and always get the emission exempt every year. With my both vehicles on insurance I am paying $600-$700 total for a full year, plus a discount for paying full for the entire year. So don't know how much it would cost with the Astro on it, it would be in the same boat as the Jeep Cherokee XJ.Last edited: May 16, 2016

I can't find where it tells you how much it costs for a plate online. I found a site that said 3 axle $501. and then someone said it was going to be around $726. On the plate on the truck it says weight for this vehicle 33200.

I think I found how much it will cost. http://www.dot.state.pa.us/public/dvspubsforms/BMV/BMV Forms/MV-70S.pdf
11 | $723 full or $60.25 a month. On my Title they seem to mess a few things up on it. For Fuel Type it says Gasoline and the under GCWR it says 80,000. On the VIN plate it has 33200 The GVWR on the title is blank. I am probably going to try to get the plate tomorrow and bring a print of this image to show its VIN information.Attached Files:

I went down today and got the title fixed and Yes you can get Classic plates or Antique in PA for big trucks. They said If I get Classic I can still do little personal stuff with the truck where antique is only for showing Only. So I got the classic for $75.00. They will mail you the plate. If you get Classic, you still have to get inspections done to the vehicle, antique you don't have too. But I'm fine paying for classic so I can at least do stuff with the truck then just drive it for a day. So if you live in PA I'd go with Classic, cheaper and can still do small things with the truck still.
