Trying to help a friend out with selling his 84 international cab over.

84 year model with a 400 big cam that was overhauled less than 10,000 miles ago, backed by a 9spd transmission 3.70 rear gears. Truck is sitting on 24.5 tall rubber new steers, 4 like new caps on the rear drive, front drive has about 30k left on them will need 1 tire on the front axle. Excellent brakes all the way around, air ride, interior is immaculate for an 84 you will not find one that hasn't been restored with a nicer interior in it! Truck has had the front end rebuilt, new kingpins and and bearings on front axle, new torque arms, new lifetime freightliner mud flaps. Truck runs like a top, and the transmission is extremely tight. Truck shifts very smooth and rides very well for a cab over. 100 gallon tanks front aluminum wheels rears are steel, truck would be a good starter truck and a good money maker. Very lightweight truck has an aluminum frame my friend is able to scale LEGALLY 57k on a spread with a 53ft pot. Truck is absolutely immaculate on the outside as well, all lights are working truck drives like a dream, dash has been taken out before no wires have been cut behind the dash, no splices nothing. Truck is road ready. Seller has all paperwork for what has been done to the truck recently. Would make an excellent truck to pull a grain wagon or cow trailer. I have personally driven this truck and can say it drives as well if not better than my Pete. It has Been well cared for by all means. I'm probably for getting some of what has been done to the truck. Price is firm $25000!!! Great truck worth every penny!!!

Contact Casey at 308-537-6772 for more information. Truck is located in central Nebraska.

Be safe out there drivers. Have a merry Christmas and a happy new year.

I think he needs to drop a 2 from the front or a 0 from the end of the price.

Unbelievable! The only thing this has got going for it is the good ole NTC 400 big cam cummins motor, but heck they died when the 3406E came out, just my experience, and my 2cents,so don't take it to heart...

I just paid $5,000.00 for my 1984 International 9670 COE and it has 237,xxx miles on it. Your friends COE would have to have reputable papers on the rebuild, and extensive, for that kind of money. You know, like PPB built it or someone of that caliber...

Can someone do me a favor and remove their steering wheel center cap, and than post a pic of the center. I am trying to get my electric horn to work until I can replace my old air horns but, I am not sure how the steering wheel center should look, feels like something might be missing. I have the wiring traced and that all looks good. Just want to verify my steering wheel has all the guts it is supposed to have.

Can make just as much with that one as you can with a brand new truck
