1988 Front end

So I have a 1988 4964 with the little 12k set up FF-961 I have found a truck that has been put in the weeds in a junk yard for parts. Its a 1997 4964 with a WS-16 or at least thats what is says I can tell it is a beefed up set up anyways (leaf springs are already gone) but the steering box steering assist ram and frame mount hoses all that is still there. I want to buy all that and install it on my truck but I am having problems with the dealers on what axle is under it. One dealer says it was a glider and all he can find is it had a 8ll trans and thats it the other one says it has a TBB 3250s but cant find out with king pins are in it. So are they both messed up or is one right? google says the TBB 3250s doesn't exist. On the door sticker is says WS-16 for the front axle and that exist and should be a FL-941 or FL-943. I should also add that the data tag is MIA on the front axle.
