Yep everything was cleaned checked all the vent hoses to make sure they were all on good. I have no idea what's going on with it tried the water hose test this weekend and not a real big change in the cooling temp!!! Idk what I'm gonna do with it.

Well I ran a bunch of water through the con coil no big change n temp. I have no idea what's wrong it should b blowing cold its about 90 outside I'm idles at 1000 and its blowing 75 out of the vents this sucks!!!!

If you are sure your gauge readings are correct, with the higher low side pressure there may be a restriction on the inlet of the compressor, or restricted compressor suction line. Also, are you using new, clean R134?
-
Yes its new 134 guess ill tear it back down and flush it again and see what happens

Not doubting your word on this, just curious. If the condenser does not leak, or is not clogged, how can it be bad? I may have the same issue is why I ask.

The condensers job is to transmit heat out of the hot compressed gas and condense it into a liquid state. If that heat transfer can't take place that is when you need to replace it. What happens most of the time with older condensers is the cooling fins start to become detached from all the pipes. The heat gets transfered from the gas through the pipes then through all those cooling fins and finally to the air blowing through it. It is just over time with constant hot/cold cycles and age corrosion the fins break away from the pipes, or loose their bond or whatever. When you spray water over it you are simulating the regular air cooling effect a good condenser would have.
