I think the top plate , which has the ears for the brake pedal and the bore for the puck is a separate part. I dont know the cost, shouldn't be too bad. I hope you don't have to change the whole foot valve, air line mania with arms that are never long or skinny enough.

The pedal on this one uses a roller wheel on the bottom of the pedal that rests on the flat portion of the top of the plunger. It's a pretty cool design but it'd be better if I could move the truck LOL -

I'm having the same problem mine is a 1999 T800, any heads up?
I'm going to replace the whole thing since the ears that hold the pedal down, broke off the plate. -
foot valve stuck. dont fool with trying to pb blast it or tapping with a hammer,when it comes to the brakes replace it, better safe than sorry, and sorry could be a whole lot of trouble if you cant stop.
