I have a 1995 international 9400 it has a 8 pin amp plug trying to find away to convert to a 6 or 9 pin plug for e logs. Is there away this can be done?

No, two completely different data bus protocols, even if you changed the plug the e-log is not going to understand the information being sent, same as if I was speaking Russian to a Mexican LoL.
