Hello, I have a 1998 Isuzu NPR with 3.9 turbo diesel engine 4BD2T. For the last 10 days I've been having problem starting it. It cranks fine but it doesn't start. There is white smoke From the exhaust while cranking . Few days ago I started it with a starting fluid and it started and ran fine on it's own. Drove it for 15 miles until it fully warmed up and also did few stops and starts of the engine (while hot it starts fine) but if I leave it for an hour or more it goes back to no start just cranking. Temperature outside is 35F which is warmer than normal. Tried bleeding the fuel system at the fuel filter by opening it and pumping fuel but didn't solve the no start. The engine does have some blow by, not sure if it's excessive.
Here are two videos to show you the no start and the work of the engine after starting on started fluid.

What else could be wrong so that it doesn't start. I have only had the truck for 3k miles. It has always had white smoke when first started and then after 10 minutes it goes away.
