1998 Peterbilt engine fan headlight issue

    need help with mine when I cut my headlights on the engine fan cuts on when i cut my engine fanon my headlights cut on I'm dumbfounded

    Sounds like you're getting some volts leaking back and forth

    Could be worn insulation on the wires or possibly some gunk that's conducting between the terminals at the connector

    Check at the firewall pass through connector. I believe the fan and headlights are on the same plug (hood). Might just need to spray it out with contact cleaner

    If it's not down there it's probably behind the dash
