Has water in the gas....or possibly the torque converter is locking up when you drop it in gear

Something has to be getting rotated by the engine to get it to stall, but if that's the case, you shouldn't be able to get it in gear in the first place. Now if it stalls when you let out the clutch, my first suggestion is to stop trying to start out in tenth gear. Second suggestion is to check your spark plug gap.

Drive in reverse everywhere!

You might wanna look at your drive shaft brake... Might be locked up.
Second thing I'd look at is the loose nut behind the wheel.
