Nothing much to worry about. Probably has a few leaks here and there. Definitely wouldn't have been used hard. Basically a yard truck.
If it has been well maintained could have a lot of life in it still. -
Be very sure the 25km is verified. Give mack the last 6 of the vin and they should tell ya. Got any pics? That 21,000 hours converts to a million miles roughly. Jump on it. Pre eld and that's a good motor. Don't worry about 350hp you can make big power with injectors and turbo if you want more.
Cold start oil should be 70ish and 25-30 hot idle. No big deal if it has some blow by they all breathe. Get it hot and take a look. A light steady haze is normal. Puff puff puff is not normal.
If you see oil around the ex manifold it's prob from the exhaust studs not sealed properly. The oil galley runs through. Easy fix. -
21k hours with no rebuild? Expect it to need one soon.
Shawn2130 Thanks this. -
The truck was used for watering the roads as they built them. I don’t know know sir what you mean by giving the last six numbers of the vin to Mack what would that tell me. Thanks

If it hasn't been run hard who knows 50/50 LOL our local mack dealer has services a lot of 1m + trucks that haven't been opened up. That vintage if the cam didn't go they were 1.5m motors doing 15k oil changes. Lots of em on the truck paper a few yrs ago with 1.2-1.5m (deff ready for oh) and a few sister trucks with 1.7
Giving mack the vin they should say what's been done to it, if they went through mack network at least. Even it if does need a rebuild they're dirt cheap compared to these new EPA boat anchors.
1500 per head and about 2400 for 6 holes (oem mack not pai) 600 for a s475 and about 1200ish for 6 injectors. (Check out Rochester diesel or Antrim) unit pumps bout 500 a pop if i remember -
Man you sure know your stuff. Thank you

rocker arm shaft end plugs 2000 e-7
Read this thread we had this happen 2x with the end plug. Ended up running a bead and it put a stop to that.
Sometimes the unit pumps will break a spring. We had that happen too a pretty common problem
