Umm. No.
You should know this Ridgeline. There are four criteria for time card exemption.
1. 100 air mail radius
2. Start-stop in same location
3. Carrier keeps record of time card.
4. No more than a 12 hour day.

Number 4 is the kicker. I do the first 3 easy. It's that 4th one with my 3 13 hour days and a 14.5 hour day

 

You could use the local exemption on the paper log job and run elogs on the other. Still not legal but it seems you’d be less likely to get caught that way.

 

I counted 15 hours the first part of the week. That exceeds 14 hour clock.
