The industry is regulate by federal regs and the regs are free to read and they are only hard to understand if you never ever read them. It's one thing to ask a question because you need an answer now, it's another thing to hope the process will be radically modified just because it would make life easier. Why would a politician sign up to be the face of tragedy after he loosens drug laws on the operators of 80,000 pound missiles on the roads? It's not gonna happen. It shouldn't happen.
