Danny Herman Trucking in Mountain City, Tennessee hires new cdl grads. They don't run Northeast either, but you will get some nice long runs to Southern California on a regular basis.

Dynamic Transit runs lots of west coast. They hire new cdl grads. Their hiring area cutoff is Knoxville. They don't hire east of Knoxville, but do hire from Knoxville west.

Schuster - the nations largest ice cream hauler. The big account is Blue Bunny Ice Cream.
Coast to coast & I've seen their trucks in Las Vegas.

Freymiller - considered one of the best refrigerated carriers and hires new cdl grads. Coast to coast.

Stevens Transport - not the best pay, but nice equipment and coast to coast running. They also train in Knoxville for cdl school.

CFI - www.cfidrive.com - coast to coast dry van. Hire new cdl grads and also have their own cdl school.

You don't have to settle for the "usual suspects" when changing jobs. Not that they're all bad, because they're not, but there's plenty of companies most trucking schools either don't mention or never heard of.
I'm from the Nashville area and when I worked there, before moving to Nevada, the safety man was also the former safety man at Colonial Freight Systems in Knoxville. He said it's an ok company for new cdl grads. He said Colonial does west coast runs.

Senn Freight Lines in South Carolina runs lots of west coast. They'll probably cut some slack on the ticket.

What is it that is going on at Schneider that has you wanting to jump ship so quickly? Jumping over to another company may just give a new set of the same problems, may be the best first step is requesting a new dm.

You're right,I shouldn't have left, the only real problem I had outside of the typical growing pains of being a new driver was their " Holier Than Thou Dudley Do Rights" you had to deal with.Sorta a military style.
