That kinder truck had the rear axle pushed into the back seat and he walked away with just an elbow injury? Id say he needs to buy a lotto ticket.... but i think he used up all his luck for the rest of his life in one shot likely a good chunk of any of kids he may one day haves luck too. He should be dead. Kinda suprised they towed away the food grade truck though. Then again with a hit that hard i would not be suprised if he broke some ribs rebounding off his steering wheel.

That pinnacle driver is toast though. And ill bet you money so is pinnacle or will wish they were after this is done. This is going to be multiple nuclear virdicts. Didnt stop. Likely on his phone. Hazmat trained. He done.

 

I would expect that Pinnacle driver to be prepared to go to jail as well, and that’s if the victims make a full recovery.
Considering that two tankers loaded with hazmat were involved this could’ve been way worse but seeing how that it happened in Texas,yes,there’s going to be some nuclear verdicts involved!

My personal take on this just from driving East, TX pretty much 5 days a week. Pinnacle drivers typically drive like morons, I’ve personally never seen a Robbie D Wood truck driving like an idiot, feel sorry for him being caught up in this. Hopefully victims recover, but Pinnacle driver is screwed, there’s probably a hundred billboard lawyer signs within a 10 mile radius of that area.

I'll bet you two wooden nickels one or both of those pick 'em up trucks cut in front of the Pinnacle truck. Seems like folks would chew off their own arm to be ahead of a tractor trailer. But that doesn't explain why the DOT 407 tank needed to stop so quickly.

Be interested to know the circumstances of this wreck.

 

Traffic was slowing down due to a construction zone up ahead,only the Pinnacle driver didn’t pay attention.
