2 questions for Choice program drivers.

On the preliminary application there's a question about how you heard about Schneider.

Just talked to a recruiter, had to do 3 yr work history...again, no biggie since its just one but still...

She said SFI might have a problem since I've been local for over 3 yrs, but with 12 yrs of otr prior it might be ok.

Not sure about a referral since my app has been in over a week already.

 

I don't think you'll have a problem, the recruiter told me my local experience wasn't an issue. I also believe there's a blogger on here that recently came from Sysco.

That is a very pleasant surprise, because I've been told they try to keep people from the Northeast running in the Northeast... even when they'd prefer to run elsewhere. That hasn't been a problem for you, or did it evolve over time for you?
