    15 over, you gonna have a very hard time. You should of went to court and had them reduced.

    Most companies won't hire within 3 or 5 years on a major violation which both of them are. It looks like Feb 2013 before you will get hired back. Then it'll have to be a big company with a refresher course.

    You might find a dump truck or local job you can get into.

    So are you gonna try for a 3rd if you get a another chance?

    I was wondering the same thing myself!! Two 15 over's is a tough one for sure... I'm surprised his CDL didn't get pulled already!

    The 2 violations are serious offenses not major offenses. I've gotten employment with a Following too Close and a 15 over speeding ticket so it's not impossible. There are 100's of thousands trucking companies. Don't listen to everyone on here...just look for yourself.

    Try looking for an acme trucklines terminal in ur area. Im sure you'll get hired they look at ur work history, then let the owner you'll be driving for make that decision.....acmetrucklines.com.... its better to be a professional than steering wheel hugga hope u have learned ur lesson.

    Quote from my Progressive insurance agent;
    1 ticket 10-15 over can most times be overlooked, 2 tickets 10-15 over is a disturbing trend.

    You dug a hole, and then dug deeper, simply poor judgement that sadly will take years to correct. If you had a driver walk into your trucking company with tickets like yours would you hire him? me neither.

    Depends if you got pinched driving a CMV. It's not a misdemeanor if you were driving a 4 wheeler.

    Werner turned me down for a 17 over in a 4 wheeler before I got my CDL. That was January of 2010. ###### court never removed it. My conviction was for 14 over. Werner tried to get me to reapply after 6 months. No way!

    I have 3 current in a non commercial vehicle speeding tickets (two 5-10mph over and one 10-15mph over) that i got back in '09 on my licence and Anderson Trucking hired me.

    Just do your homework and look around, There is a few companies out there that'ill hire you.
